Year 6 Graduation Trip 2009 EP 2

I am ageing. The shoulder pain is ailing me now. And the troubled heart is not yet fully-recover from the side-effect of coughing. Poor me.

not going to work on tomorrow. Instead, I am assigned to take part in a Bengkel Laman Web which is organized by Pejabat Pendidikan Daerah on tomorrow morning. Thanks to Ling Fang and En. Jamal for sketching the road map and were giving a detailed explanation. By having both of their info, I was managed to find the location with old mama just now. The place is somewhere nearby the Petronas building. That was really the very first time I drove to somewhere that far away from where I am currently stay. Hopefully tomorrow morning I am able to travel here and there alone safely.

Day 2, Kuala Lumpur & Selangor
this was the second day of the trip. After the breakfast, we went to the National Monument. Again, I was been there before. It is best to visit when the weather is not that hot as you could not find any shelter at the Monument. The 7-bronze-human-figures-Monument is built to recognize and honor those whom had sacrificed their lives in order to fight for peace and freedom.

after that, we went to Kuala Lumpur Bird Park. Bingo! It was the second time I had been there. It is reputed to be the largest walk-in-free-flight aviary in the world. Birds were flying everywhere. Beware - your head!. The birds like to shit whenever and wherever they like.

after the lunch, we went to KL Tower. Well, I prefer to go there at night. The lightings are awesome. This year, however, we went there during the broad daylight.

the next stop was Aquaria KLCC. Finally this time I was managed to catch a shark photo.

supposed to go to the National Science Centre, however it was a public day, the centre was closed. So we had ended up to go to Batu Cave in Selangor. Well, it was the first time I been there. For sure I would not miss out the steep 272 steps to the caves. Somehow the legs were both wobbly when I was climbing down the steps. Batu Caves has three main caves featuring temples and Hindu shrines. Its main attraction is the large statue of the Hindu God at the main entrance of cave. 'cuz of my religion, I did not take a photo of the statue.

after the dinner, we continued our journey to Genting Highlands.
