on the Sunday night, I was came back from the organic farm which is located in Negeri Sembilan. Back to nature.
I had a two-days-one-night trip at Titi Eco Farm or known as 知知港 in Mandarin, on the last weekend. Had pampered myself with non-polluted air, herbal remedies and beauty of nature.
Titi Eco Farm is an unique management system integrating an organic farm, a resort and an in-farm factory. The fruits and vegetables are all grown in chemical-free environment. Not to forget, they plant herbs too.
throughout the entire trip, we had to digest plethora of info related to herbs and organic farming. Meanwhile, I got the chance to taste different types of organic foods, such as Hibiscus Flower.
look at the plate. The "food" in color of red is Hibiscus. It is wrapped with a piece of leaf and a petal of Hibiscus indicus (Burm. f.) Hochr. Sorry for being too jargon over the name of flower. Well, in Mandarin, we called it as 芙蓉花. The blackie soil-alike food is bean sprouts-alike veggie. No doubt the blackie soil-alike food is tasted like soil ++". And the veggie in yellow and orange are types of food skin. These are the food we have to eat as the breakfast. Luckily we do not need to eat it every morning.
well, although the owners did put a plum-alike snack inside the hibiscus in order to reduce the grassy taste, yet I felt that I was being a horse or goat. I do not even eat a raw carrot, so could you imagine how hard it was to me in order to swallow the raw flower. That was yucky~
this is another unpleasant food to me. It looks like black sesame paste. But the taste is far different from the sesame paste. Words cannot describe the taste of it until you have a try by yourself. Of course I did not finish this greenish nutritious food in the end.
at there, visitors are needed to wash their plates and bowls by themselves after having the meals. You cannot find a air conditioner there. The owners are so GO GREENS.
hmmm.. I shall stop here. It is better for me to sleep now since I am starting to sneeze. In the next coming post, I will introduce some herbs whichever have had found in the Titi Eco Farm.
