I have to admit that I acted like a hungry ghost, particularly during the weekends back from IPTI. Yeah, it is true that IPTI did not feed me well. Thus I am thirsting for food all the time.
on Friday night, thanks Low for specially fetching me from IPTI. True friend indeed, hohoho... Although I was truly exhausted but Low and Jia Hui were still willing to accompany me to have my supper, Kuey Tiao Kia at Stulang Laut. And thanks Jia Hui for the treat. Then we went to Danga Bay. Strolling along, laughing and joking. As what I said, the densely pacted IPTI timetable have absolutely worn me out. People could tell when they saw how I walked along the Danga seaside. Due to the tiredness, Low drove us home right after the stroll.
yesterday I went out again =D. Been trapped in the IPTI for an entire week, I was so desperately want to breath the air of freedom. Low, Tze Wei and I went to jog. 10 years has passed, that was the very first time we went out together in the early morning. Tze Wei was overslept. And surprisingly, Low was able to wake up before 0630 hour. Bravo ( =.
after the jog, we went to IPTI to get my formal shirt and skirt in the hostel. After that, we went to fetch Yee Jin to have our breakfast. Dim Sum, Chee Cheong Fun, Kuey Tiao Soup, Nasi Lemak, Wanton Mee, etc, I was the most troublesome people in choosing the food. Guess you know what I meant of IPTI did not feed me well. From Pelangi to Tebrau, Tebrau to Sentosa, Sentosa to Bandaraya, we spent 'bout an hour in deciding what to eat and where to eat. And finally we decided to taste the delicacy which recommended by Low.

you may find the Chee Cheong Fun in the most crowdy kopitiam, opposite the 7-11. Well, as you may seen from the picture above, the taoke sells Chee Cheong Fun in curry too... but in Indonesia style. Hmmm... I miss the Kampar Chee Cheong Fun =/.
by the way, the taste wise is kinda disappointing. Perhaps I am looking forward it could be as tasty as what I have been eaten in Kampar, and that explains why I was that disappointed over the dish. Firstly, the unsufficient of sesame makes the "fun" tasted like kuey tiao. And I think the taoke was adding too much of coconut milk or condensed milk into the curry soup. It tasted slightly odd. Not like a curry, should I comment like this?
apart from that, it was my mistake for asking the taoke separate the ingredient and "fun" into different plates. The ingredient absolutely did not absorb the sauce neither in sweetness sauce nor curry soup. My mistake. Anyhow, the sweetness sauce tasted odd too. To me, it tasted like too much of soysauce is added into the sauce. Salty, in the meanwhile... sweety.
by the way, it is all based on my personal taste flavour. There must be a reason why it is strongly recommended by Low. And most of the customers had ordered the chee cheong fun. It has its own strength which I have not discovered yet. In the same time, it attracts numbers of people. Perhaps I shall say... it is not plate of my chee cheong fun.

and I am truly... truly... truly... missing the Kampar Chee Cheong Fun
