by virtue of getting the sand of Langkawi from her, Xun and I had met up yesterday at CS. But she forgot to bring it ++". Anyhow, we had another mission to accomplish before she is going back to Perlis tonight. According to her research from JBTALKS forum, there is a newly-opened shop sells modern bean curd and dorayaki(Doraemon's favourite snack) 铜锣烧. Since Doraemon is one of my nicks, so I had decided to give it a try ++".
the so-called modern bean curd is actually mixed of other ingredients and traditional bean curd. You can definitely make it at home. Bean Curd with Sweet Potato @ RM3.80 is one of the flavours of modern bean curd. And do trust me, do not waste the money as you can make it at home. Maybe it would be more tastier to make it yourself.
Dorayaki with Apple Filling @ RM2.50 is the snack offered by the same shop. Disappointed over the snack as I had highly expectation on it. Doraemon's favourite snack, Dorayaki is not supposed to be like what they served. Compared with the real Dorayaki with Red Bean filling, the one I ate was just simply unable to satisfy my tastebuds. Not to forget, the two pancake-like patties were totally tasteless. So it completely depend on the filling whether can bring out its taste or not. In the end, I found out that the bean curd was even tastier than the Dorayaki with Apple filling.
to be honest, after the Apple Cheese Slice, it was another nasty tasted apple filling. Perhaps I am not the type who used to eat apple fillings. By the way, there is a fact. The shopkeeper was really stingy in giving the ingredient. Little by little...

then, 'course Xun and I had some shopping around the CS. And due to the reason that she is going to attend an annual dinner, she spent almost RM150 in buying cosmetics. A huge amount of money to me. However, the most surprising is that the cosmetics can apply for 3 years while the others, even the Maybelline or Revlon is only stay for 3 months. How cool it is ++"
time for dinner. Supposed to fill in the stomach at Wong Kok Char Chan Teng, but for unknown reason, Xun and I decided to change the venue. However, the menus were already in our hand. It would be embarrassed if both of us just walked off, so we placed an order.
Chocolate Fondue @ RM9.80, a dessert I was keen on it. The main ingredient is CHOCOLATE. A good chocolate could make the dessert tastes appetizing, and vice versa. I prefer the bitter tasted dark chocolate. Though the chocolate was dark in colour, but it tasted slightly sweetness. And it was scorched, utterly ruined the flavours. Oh yeah, do not add the milk they provided to you if you are prefer the chocolate to be sticky.

next, we went to Sizzling Stonegrill to have something real hot to keep ourselves warm.
Xun and I chose the seafood flavour. But she ordered the chicken soup with Mee Hun while mine was TomYum with Tang Hun. The Stonegrill was really impressed me. The taste of soup was exactly the same as 5 years ago, except it tasted a little bit salty. And the ingredients were all fresh, particularly the fish meat. Also, the service was high efficiency.
not to forget, here to recommend its beverage, smoothies aka ice blended aka Lemon Freeze @ RM5.90. Best try, must try and worth to try ( =. It was not too sour and simply tasted great. And the price is reasonable too.
