you never miss the water till the well runs dry. And I never miss Bak Kut Teh, Chicken Rice with Char Siew sauce, Fish & Chips, Vinegar Trotter, Kuey Tiao Kia, Rojak, Pisang Goreng, etc till the wisdom tooth has been plucked out.
since Thursday afternoon, almost every single of my meals was porridge, porridge, and porridge... O.o Fortunately, the taste buds could survived itself from the tasteless-and-sticky-also-slightly-yucky porridge disaster all these while.
on Saturday night, I had overcame my freaking kiasi behaviour and got my taste buds really livened up again. Roost's Hainanese Beef Noodle, the first solid meal I had eaten after the wisdom tooth removal operation. Spent more or least an hour to finish the food ><
Oohhh... sayonara, porridge~!!
yesterday was just a simply Noodle-Day. After ended the uni tutorials and had a brief window shopping at Landmark, Nancy and I decided to go to eat Mee Hun Kuey aka Ban Mian. I have my own way to make the Ban Mian to be more delicious to eat. Just make sure it turns into hot and spicy. Undeniably, Chili Paddy and the special-made chili sauce prepared by the shop have played the essential roles. At the moment, I was simply do not care 'bout my oral stitches anymore. At night, supposed to have Prawn Noodles as my dinner, but it turned to Wanton Mee as the Prawn Noodles stall did not do their business.
anyway, RICE... I miss it bloody hell much. And today, finally I could re-tasted it.
hmmm... end of story but not the post.
the moral behind the story is...
got food then eat, do not yim yim chim chim.
