Korean Barbecue Bulgogi

a week ago, when most of us were still enjoying in the Lunar New Year holidays, the Pelangians went to a Korean restaurant which is located in Taman Pelangi . They wanted to indulge themselves after all the difficulties they had went through in the previous year. I have forgotten the name of restaurant. But it is owned by the Koreans. Apparently there are many Koreans start their businesses in Pelangi area. Luckily I know one or two Korea words, so that I could "show off" a bit of what I have learnt. To name a few,  감사합니다 ( " gam sa ham ni da " --  thank you) and 안녕하세요 (" An nyeong ha se yo " -- hello). we had actually ordered the sets of Korea barbecue Bulgogi (grilled marinated beef and pork). As we known, the Korea cuisine are noted for the numbers of side dishes ( banchan ) and not to forget the kimchi , which is usually served at every single meal. Korea cuisine usually involves rich seasoning sesame oil. And indeed it riches the flavors of Kor

72 Tenants of Prosperity

frankly speaking in past hours, I was thinking back to the day I watched a movie with the family members. It is kinda an old story as I could not even remember the movie title. But I am sure it was a Hong Kong movie. After so many years, I gained the opportunity to bring the old mama to cinema again in order that we could watch a lame Lunar New Year movie, i.e. 72 Tenants of Prosperity 72家租客  (abbreviated to "72 Tenants") . well, it is just another Lunar New Year movie which is fulled of senseless jokes. Still, it is considered as a great movie to watch during this festival season. Or at least you should trust the words of a sophisticated movie reviewer. according to the old mama, the 72 Tenants is loosely based on the '70s film, The House of 72 Tenants 72家房客  (abbreviated to "House"). And House was a great movie in '70s (at least Yves Gendron said so...). It was originally a stage comedy created in Shanghai in '40s and set in that city. This expla

XOXO

look! I think I could explain what makes people love Gossip Girl that much. It is awesome. I had finished watching its season 1 (18 episodes) in less than a week time. Well, I have to admit that I am totally under the Gossip Girl 's spells now. Those characters are all bloody charming and gorgeous. I wish to be like any one of them. Does it consider as a Lunar New Year wish? ~**~**~**~**~**~**~**~**~**~**~ recently, I was kinda busy in my work. Apparently the tight schedule had exactly wore me out. And I just simply cannot kick the habit of having the lunch at around 3 to 4 o'clock. Well, I have no intention of being like that. God knows I am forced to do so.  by the way, just wanna let you guys to know, I am gonna having an utterly different Lunar New Year. The old neighbors have moved out and new neighbors have moved in. And the new neighbors are freaks. They were burning something in the middle of night (just now). Or perhaps they were playing around with their SMOKY f
